Anode bags, made to your sizes

An anode bag keeps anode sludge and fines out of the bath, where they cause rough deposits. Every line runs different baskets and anodes, so these are made to order: tell us the width, the length and the depth of the basket or anode, how the bag is held (ties, loops or an open top), and how many you need.

Material

Polypropylene is the usual choice for plating work because it tolerates both acids and alkalis. It is not suitable above about 90 °C, or with aromatic solvents. For other chemistry, tell us the bath and the temperature and we will suggest a material with the quote.

Tank and rinse filtration

Filter bags in sizes 1 to 4 for bag housings, in polypropylene or polyester felt from 1 to 200 micron, are made to order.
